Minister Conroy
On the last day of term, we had a wonderful time talking with our special visitor, Senator Stephen Conroy, Minister for Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy.Senator Conroy was joined by Ms Sharryn Jackson MP, Member for Hasluck. The pair toured the classrooms observing our one-to-one laptop program and Minister Conroy even agreed to be interviewed by the Year 4 / 5 students for their class podcast.
The podcast is currently being edited and wil be available on the website shortly.

Holidays
Hi everyone. I had a wonderful break which included a week at Walpole. The canoe was put to good use on the Inlet. The Tree Top Walk was beautiful.Can you guess where I am in the photo?

Bushfires in Victoria
In response to the devastating bushfires in Victoria, we decided to send support to the children in the way of toys, books and stationery.Orange Grove students sent little messages of hope in the many boxes which should arrive next week.
A big thank you to the parents and children of our wonderful school.
